    We hold your spot in the cleaners calendar and we deny other customers from booking in those times, therefore cancellations can really affect a cleaners schedule. To reduce this, unfortunately, we do require a $40 cancellation fee for all customers. For same day cancellations, the fee is $80.

    Yes, all of our cleaning professionals undergo thorough background checks and extensive training to ensure the highest standards of service and security.
