Refund Policy
We hold your spot in the cleaners calendar and we deny other customers from booking in those times, therefore cancellations can really affect a cleaners schedule. To reduce this, unfortunately, we do require a $40 cancellation fee for all customers.
For same day cancellations, the fee is $80.
Your complete satisfaction is very important.
We offer a free re-cleaning to any customer who is not fully satisfied with their cleaning. Unfortunately, we can not provide a refund after a cleaning is completed.
Please note, our agency must be contacted within 48 hours of a cleaning regarding any and all complaints. After 48 hours from the cleaning date, no complaints will be accepted and any additional services will be charged at full price.
If the home is very dirty and your cleaning requires a higher price (or more time) than originally estimated but you do not approve, then your cleaners will do their best but they will not come back for free under any circumstance.
