Whether it's an office, retail store, or another commercial space, we offer a comprehensive cleaning to ensure your environment is spotless and ready for your clients and employees. What's Included: - Dusting and wiping down all surfaces (desks, counters, shelves, tables) - Cleaning of all floors (vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping) - Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, countertops) - Wiping down kitchen and breakroom areas (including countertops, sinks, and stovetop) - Emptying trash and replacing bags - Cleaning high-touch areas (door handles, light switches, and telephones) - General tidying of shared spaces (waiting areas, meeting rooms, etc.) *Please Note: - The balance due for your service is determined by the square footage of your space and the level of cleaning required. After booking, your cleaner will contact you to confirm the price based on these factors. - All commercial cleaning services require an $80 deposit to hold your spot, which is what you pay online at the time of booking . This deposit secures your spot in the cleaner’s calendar, and we deny other customers from booking during that time. Cancellations can significantly impact a cleaner’s schedule, so to reduce disruption, a $40 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. For same-day cancellations, the fee is $80.
