Whether you’re moving into a new home or preparing to leave, this service ensures a deep, thorough clean so that every corner is taken care of before or after your move. What's Included: - Dusting and wiping down all surfaces (walls, windowsills, baseboards, shelves) - Deep cleaning of all floors (vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping) - Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, bathtubs, and countertops) - Kitchen cleaning (cleaning countertops, stovetop, sink, and cabinets inside and out) - Wiping down all appliances (including microwaves, refrigerators, and dishwashers) - Emptying trash and replacing bags - Cleaning high-touch areas (light switches, door handles, and other commonly touched surfaces) - General tidying and final touches (to make sure the space is move-in ready) *Please Note: - The balance due for your service is determined by the square footage of your space and the level of cleaning required. After booking, your cleaner will contact you to confirm the price based on these factors. - All Move-In/Move-Out cleaning services require an $80 deposit to hold your spot, which is what you pay online at the time of booking. This deposit secures your spot in the cleaner’s calendar, and we deny other customers from booking during that time. Cancellations can significantly impact a cleaner’s schedule, so to reduce disruption, a $40 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. For same-day cancellations, the fee is $80.
