Standard Residential Cleaning Service Our Standard Residential Cleaning Service is designed to provide your home with a fresh and tidy feel. Whether you're preparing for guests, want to maintain a clean home, or just need some extra help with your household chores, this service covers all the essentials. What's Included: - Dusting and wiping down surfaces (tables, shelves, countertops) - Cleaning of all floors (vacuuming and mopping) - Tidying up common areas (living room, dining room) - Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, countertops) - Wiping down kitchen surfaces (including countertops and stovetop) - Emptying trash and replacing bags - General tidying of rooms (straightening up pillows, organizing small items) *Please Note: - Cleaning inside the fridge and oven is not included in this service. If you require these areas to be cleaned, please select an additional option for deep cleaning services. - The balance due for your service is determined by the square footage of your space and the level of cleaning required (how dirty the space is). After booking, your cleaner will contact you to confirm the price based on these factors. - All cleaning services require an $80 deposit to hold your spot, which is what you pay online at time of booking. This deposit secures your spot in the cleaner’s calendar, and we deny other customers from booking during that time. As a result, cancellations can significantly affect a cleaner’s schedule, so to reduce disruption, a $40 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. For same-day cancellations, the fee is $80.
